R.Venkat will produce the film on RR Movie Makers banner. Currently the pre-production works of the film have begun. The film will continue its shoot with non-stop schedules from August to December and as per producer Venkat, The Businessman will release on 14th January, 2012 for Sankranthi.
The Businessman is a bilingual film that will be made with Abhishek Bachchan in the Hindi version.
